Very effective customized session, that consists of Deep Tissue massage, Acupressure, and Cranial Sacral techniques. This is specifically designed to meet the criteria of orthopedic care prescribed by a physician. The combination is very effective for removing lactic acid from overused muscles.

TRAGER MODALITY
The Trager approach is a method of assisting the client in complete and total relaxation by way of intricate movements. Trager is a series of passive movements performed by the practitioner. The movements are deliberate and address muscles that seem tight and taut. You might compare this modality with the sensation that you are floating in mid air and someone is gently rocking you. The experience leaves one feeling free and lightweight. Sessions last 2 hours and include a very special rocking motion for stressed neck and shoulders. Having suffered from low back pain and migraine headaches, I can honestly recommend this modality as the best way of letting go of tension. It is fabulous!.

EAR CANDLING WITH AROMA THERAPY
This procedure takes one hour and is performed with aromatherapy. A special conical candle is inserted into a protective plate... The candle is lit and slowly begins to burn. The small tapered end of the candle is gently placed into your ear canal. The ear candle, by its shape, design and length, draws ear wax and fungus deposits from deep inside your ear canal.
