Lena specializes in Chakra Balancing and Energetic Healing. These modalities are very useful in stress management, relieving chronic pain and depression. Her training is an adjunct to her already established practice in Hospice care and Holistic Health practices. She is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association.
Shayla Zachary LMT
Shayla specializes in the art of healing with the use of such modalities as trigger-point therapy, emotional release, deep tissue, sports massage, craniosacral, and Swedish massage. It is Shayla's personal goal to use her "Gift to assist people in their healing through the art of massage. Her six years of experience as a massage therapist has given her the ability to recognoze the physical imbalance in each individual and has taught her how to address their needs with a very caring approach.
Jessica Juarez LMT
Jessica is very keen when administering to athletes with sore muscles. She has the experience and knowledge to use various techniques to target the affected areas. Working with chronic pain clients she uses Craniosacral, Deep Tissue and foot reflexology. She is also very sensitive to stress issues that cause muscles to tighten. Her "Relaxation Massage" is very effective for those suffering from Fibromyalgia.
Sandie Konnad LMT
Sandi's background in the medical field as Licensed Practical nurse then as a Certified Surgical Technician, has given her a very keen sense of anatomy. She complements her skills as an Orthopedic Massage Therapist by using Kinesiology (a form of muscle testing) before the treatment. Her expertise in Sports Massage shows in manifesting immediate relief from discomfort. Sandie excels at using a diagnostic approach before the massage and you can feel her intensity for bringing about health improvement to her clients. She is also available for Reiki sessions.
