Our Deepest Fear
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” Author, Viktor E. Frankel
I have received many e-mails concerning massage that address emotional issues. My reply is this:
Every event in our lives is recorded on a cellular level and is often lodged in the muscle. In other words, when we experience fear our muscles tighten and contract. Transformational massage (My special word for the body reading massage I do) helps locate these blockages. Through special techniques used in bodywork, the blockages are released. Often this is called “Myofascial release” or Cranial Sacral therapy. Process Acupressure can also be used to release the fascia from the tight or sore muscle.
I recommend this very sacred affirmation:
I take myself to the center of my own Universe. I acknowledge that there is a Power greater than myself at work right now. I allow this Divine Power to take over and guide me through this process as I knowingly and lovingly release any one, anything, any place, or any memory that would keep me from my highest and best good. I move away from negative, harmful thinking I accept my Divine Restoration and breathe the breath of life that sustains me abundantly.
My heart is filled with joy and gratitude and SO IT IS.
